Senior Asset Manager

ResponsibilitiesManage a portfolio of multifamily assets to maximize operational performance and return on investmentMonitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across revenue, expenses, occupancy, leasing, and capital projectsCollaborate with property management teams to ensure alignment with business plans and budget targetsReview monthly property financials, provide variance analysis, and recommend corrective actionsTrack and oversee value-add renovations, capital expenditures, and ROI on improvement plansAssist in the preparation and execution of annual operating budgets and reforecastsWork cross-functionally with acquisitions, accounting, investor relations, and executive leadershipPrepare and present asset performance updates to internal stakeholders and investorsIdentify risks, operational inefficiencies, and value-creation opportunities across the portfolioContribute to portfolio-level planning, hold/sell analysis, and disposition strategiesRequirements10+ years of experience in asset management, real estate finance, or multifamily operationsProven track record of managing multifamily assets and driving performance improvementsStrong financial modeling and analysis skills (Excel proficiency required)Experience with Yardi, RealPage, or similar property management/accounting platformsUnderstanding of real estate capital markets, underwriting, and investment returnsExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage third-party partnersBachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, or a related field (MBA or CPM a plus) #J-18808-Ljbffr
