The primary focus of this role will be a mixture of business development and project delivery to clients in the Manufacturing space with principles of Digital/Smart Manufacturing (IIOT4.0/5.0).What You’ll DoCollaborate with internal SCM leaders and account teams to pursue new business opportunitiesDevelop and manage client relationships in SCM functions, managing multiple projects simultaneouslyOwn responsibility for work product quality and relevance to client decisionsLead cross-functional teams in the delivery of complex SCM consulting engagements/programs in the pharma/Life Sciences industryUpdate senior leaders and prepare and present client presentationsManage senior client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for the SCM functionDevelop SCM venture intellectual capital to be used in marketing and business developmentProvide inputs into design of SCM venture assetsMotivate, coach and serve as a role model for project team membersWhat You’ll BringBachelor's/Master's degree with specialization in Computer Science, MIS, IT, Industrial Engineering, or related disciplines10+ years of experience in management consulting or similar experience from Industry or a combination of bothDeep Manufacturing processes, functions, and domain expertise with a strong understanding of data, technology, and Manufacturing systems (OT/IT), understanding of ISA95/88 industry standardsDemonstrated success leading teams delivering complex projects; ability to run workshops and Kaizen events with the client and coach the teamSkill set and motivation required to be successful in business developmentKnowledge of priority industries – Life Sciences (preferred), Consumer Products/Retail, Industrial Products, Agribusiness, High Tech, Travel & Hospitality; Lean/Six Sigma certificationsAnalytic problem solving skills, with ability to see the big picture and delve into detailsFluency in English is requiredPerks & BenefitsZS offers a comprehensive total rewards package including health and well-being, financial planning, annual leave, personal growth and professional development.
