Join Gilead and help create possible, together.ResponsibilitiesAs a Sr. Research Associate, you will participate in a multi-disciplinary drug discovery team through the design and synthesis of new molecules. The successful candidate will have an excellent track record and a commitment to tackling drug discovery challenges through organic synthesis.Basic QualificationsBachelors degree & 2+ years of relevant industry experience; ORMasters degree & 0+ years of relevant industry experiencePreferred QualificationsDegree in Organic Chemistry with an emphasis on synthetic methodology or total synthesisStrong synthetic skills and a solid knowledge of modern organic synthesis techniquesStrong written and oral communication pensation and BenefitsThe salary range for this position is: $94,945.00 - $122,870.00. Gilead considers a variety of factors when determining base compensation, including experience, qualifications, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, discretionary stock-based long-term incentives (eligibility may vary based on role), paid time off, and a benefits package.
