At Casca, we don’t just solve problems—we build the future.Who You Are5+ years of experience in client-facing solution architecture, technical consulting, technical product management or implementation rolesDeep understanding of cloud-native architectures and APIs (RESTful services, authentication standards, etc.)Skilled in navigating technical discussions with both engineers and executivesProven experience integrating SaaS or AI-driven platforms into complex enterprise environmentsStrong problem-solving mindset with an ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in one or more programming languages (NextJS, Typescript preferred)Familiarity with data pipelines, ETL tools, and financial systems integrationPrior experience in fintech, banking, or highly regulated industries is a strong plusPreferred QualificationsExperience in loan origination systems, financial reporting, or core banking integrationHands-on experience with compliance-sensitive implementations (e.g., KYC/AML, credit decisioning workflows)Prior involvement with AI/ML platforms or GenAI applicationsWhy Casca?We're revolutionizing the $7T lending industry through GenAI systems, killing traditional lending software as we know it.
