Our goal is to empower one engineer to work at the speed of a hundred.The RoleWe are looking for a Lead Technical Product Manager to drive the vision, roadmap, and execution for Backflip’s core AI-powered design platform. This role combines deep technical understanding with strong program management, partnering closely with engineering, AI research, and design to deliver features that redefine how users create.You will own the product from 0→1 through scale, balancing strategic roadmap thinking with day-to-day execution. That means everything from defining success metrics and writing crisp specs to unblocking cross-functional teams and ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery.
