The Albany Housing Authority is accepting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). This position is covered under Section 3 of the HUD act of 1968; HUD recipients and Section 3 residents are encouraged to apply.Chief Financial Officer This CFO will administer and advise, manage/coordinate and oversee the Housing Authority’s fiscal/financial management programs and activities.Must possess a Professional Bachelor’s degree (Masters and/or CPA Preferred) from an accredited college or university with course work in public administration, financial management, finance, accounting business or a related field.Have at least seven (7) years of financial and management experience in public agency housing program or a closely related field; or private enterprise, non-profit or government administration including five (5) years in a supervisory petitive salary with full benefits. Work schedule is 4-day, 40 hours work week.
