First American will always strive to be a great place to work, for all. Responsibilities Manage the company’s banking relationships, including negotiating interest rates and bank fees. Manage the company’s banking activities, including the allocation of deposit balances and account structures. Oversee the opening, closing, and maintenance of bank accounts. Develop reports to assist with monitoring and managing the company’s liquidity and key cash management metrics. Lead and enhance internal processes to drive operational efficiency and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Support treasury system implementations and related projects, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems. Lead and mentor a high-performing treasury team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement. Collaborate with operational leaders and executives to provide financial insights and analysis. Drive technology initiatives to automate treasury operations and realize expense savings. Ensure compliance with investor and agency guidelines, NACHA standards, and other relevant regulations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of demonstrated experience, with experience in banking, title, escrow, or mortgage servicing industries preferred. Experience managing teams in highly regulated environments. Proficiency in MS Excel, financial modeling, and forecasting techniques. Strong analytical, financial, and system skills. Knowledge of banking systems, treasury management systems, and regulatory standards. Job Details Work on complex problems requiring originality and in-depth evaluation. Exercise judgment within broadly defined policies. Manage up to 5 direct reports. Decisions impact financial position and operations significantly. Salary range: $131,800 - $175,750.
