Senior Litigation Associate - Insurance SubrogationJoin a prestigious boutique litigation firm located in Denver, Colorado, specializing in large-loss insurance subrogation. This role offers a unique opportunity to lead complex litigation cases across a variety of domains, including construction defects, products liability, and torts. Ideal for accomplished litigators seeking a supportive environment with a strong emphasis on work-life balance, this position combines a robust salary offer with comprehensive benefits and flexible working conditions.Salary: $128,000.00 - $150,000.00 per yearEssential Duties and Responsibilities:Direct and oversee litigation cases from inception to resolution with minimal supervision.Craft and implement case strategy for complex issues such as construction defect, product liability, and tort litigation.Prepare for trial, conduct depositions, and make courtroom appearances.Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and deliver tailored legal advice and solutions.Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive and cooperative case management.Maintain a balanced case load without the pressure of a minimum billable hour requirement, ensuring qualitative over quantitative case handling.Minimum Position Qualifications:Must be a licensed attorney in the state of Colorado.Minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, preferably in insurance defense, construction litigation, personal injury, or commercial litigation sectors.Significant trial and deposition experience necessary.Capability to work autonomously with strong self-motivation.Proven track record of managing multiple priorities effectively and meeting deadlines.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in large-loss insurance subrogation is highly desirable.Proficiency in managing large and complex cases in both state and federal courts.Strong analytical skills and the ability to think strategically under pressure.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of explaining complex legal matters clearly.Demonstrated ability to influence others and manage sensitive client relationships.Skills:Expertise in legal analysis and argumentation.Strong leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and mentor junior staff.Exceptional organizational skills, detail-oriented and diligent.Adaptability to rapidly changing circumstances and case dynamics.High degree of professional ethics and integrity.Benefits:Competitive salary package inclusive of bonuses and profit-sharing prehensive health benefits entirely covered by the employer, including dental, vision, and both short- and long-term disability.Participation in a 401(k) plan with firm contributions.No minimum billable hour requirement, fostering a flexible and balanced approach to work.Hybrid working schedule supporting a blend of in-office and remote work. #J-18808-Ljbffr
