This is a unique opportunity for a marketer who thrives at the intersection of field marketing, growth experimentation, and event execution. You’ll own end-to-end programs - from local industry events to out-of-home advertising and more - testing and scaling initiatives that directly impact revenue. This role is highly cross-functional and will work closely with Sales, Demand Gen, Brand, Product Marketing, and Customer Success. If you’re passionate about building programs that convert, working in fast-paced environments, and being the face of the brand on the ground - we’d love to meet you.This is an in-office role based in the Bay Area (San Francisco & Menlo Park).Day in the LifeOwn regional marketing strategy across key markets, partnering closely with Field Sales to understand local dynamics and drive territory-level pipeline.Plan and execute events including intimate customer dinners, tradeshows, and user conferences, ensuring every detail is on-brand and ROI-positive.Test and scale growth programs, including direct mail, customized digital campaigns, and in-person activations to increase reach and conversion.Manage the event lifecycle from sourcing venues and vendors, to coordinating logistics, driving attendance, and measuring performance.Work with the marketing team to develop multi-channel campaigns around field programs, including email, landing pages, paid social, and sales enablement to maximize impact.Track and analyze campaign performance and pipeline influence, surfacing insights and optimizations to improve effectiveness.Collaborate across teams including Sales, RevOps, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure integrated planning and flawless execution.Who You Are5+ years of experience in a field, events, or related marketing role, ideally in a B2B SMB marketProven success in building pipeline-driving marketing programs in partnership with salesStrong project management skills - you’re organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environmentsExperience in event planning and management, including budget management, speaker outreach, vendor relationships, and sponsorship negotiationsCreative and resourceful mindset, with a love of testing new tactics and finding scrappy ways to stand outStrong relationship building and collaboration skills, working with both internal and external partners to execute campaignsStrong written and verbal communication skills, and comfortable with collaborating with executive stakeholders and external partnersComfortable with 30-40% travel for events and onsite activationsExperience with marketing tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and AsanaBonus: experience in HR tech or vertical SAASMust be willing to report to the office up to 5x a weekWhat We OfferA mission-driven and value-based company dedicated to empower deskless workers and local businessesAn early employee opportunity at a Series B hyper-growth startup; work with the founding team and industry veterans to accelerate your careerCompetitive salary and equityComprehensive health coverage: medical, dental, and vision.
