Solutions Architect

OverviewPosition Overview: We’re seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the transformation of legacy enterprise applications into scalable, cloud-native solutions. The ideal candidate has a deep background in modern software development and a passion for guiding organizations through digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesLead technology projects from inception to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and methodologiesRefactor monolithic applications into modular, microservices-based architecturesCollaborate with engineering teams to implement modern frameworks and development practicesDesign and guide cloud migration efforts, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliabilityCreate and maintain architectural diagrams and technical documentationPartner with customers and internal teams to design solutions aligned with business goalsConduct strategic roadmapping and discovery sessions with clientsProvide leadership and mentorship to technical teams across the project lifecycleOversee delivery milestones and quality assurance processesIdentify and mitigate technical risks and architectural vulnerabilitiesParticipate in presales activities, including discovery calls and SOW creationAllocate and manage team resources effectivelyQualificationsProven experience leading customer-facing, service-oriented projectsHands-on experience architecting and modernizing enterprise applications using, .NET, Angular, and cloud-native technologiesDeep understanding of full-stack development, distributed systems, and integration tiersExpertise in application refactoring and re-architecture strategiesStrong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, and event-driven architecturesExperience designing and implementing solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCPFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and their role in app deliveryWorking knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices in an app development contextStrong understanding of SDLC, quality management, delivery processes, and team leadershipExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business stakeholdersPrior experience in presales, demos, or technical scoping is preferredWhat Sets You Apart For This RolePassion for problem-solving and delivering high-quality, scalable solutionsAbility to bridge technical and business objectives with clear, actionable solutionsStrong leadership and team management, especially in high-pressure environmentsExceptional communication skills, both upward to leadership and across teamsProactive mindset, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovationWhat We OfferThis is a remote Role with heavy travel (50%).
