In this role, you/'ll lead our platform/'s evolution from Salesforce to our modern TypeScript/AWS Global Work Platform (GWP), making strategic decisions about what functionality belongs where and designing the integration patterns between them. You/'ll work directly with our engineering leadership to define integration patterns, mentor teams on best practices, and create clear migration strategies that maintain business continuity while reducing Salesforce dependencies. You/'ll have deep Salesforce development experience AND strong modern stack expertise (TypeScript, AWS).
