This role covers organization-wide resource planning, contract and legal negotiations, and a variety of high-impact special projects that drive growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a track record of building operational systems in a high-growth B2B SaaS start-up or scale-up, thrive in ambiguity, and be comfortable in both strategic planning and execution detail.Key ResponsibilitiesOrganizational Resource Planning & ExecutionDesign and manage company-wide resource allocation processes to ensure teams have the people, budgets, and tools they need to execute.Partner with Finance, People, and functional leaders to forecast headcount needs and align hiring with business priorities.Develop and maintain cross-departmental planning cadences to monitor progress and address gaps.Legal & Contract ManagementHelp lead contract negotiations with prospective customers, balancing commercial success with risk mitigation.Partner with internal and external counsel to ensure all agreements are compliant, scalable, and support strategic goals.Special Projects & Strategic InitiativesDrive company-wide strategic projects, often cross-functional, from concept to completion.Serve as a problem solver and trusted advisor to the Co-CEO and senior leadership team, addressing urgent or high-impact operational challenges.Operational Excellence & LeadershipEstablish and maintain metrics, dashboards, and reporting for operational performance across the company.Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration across all functions.Required Skills & Experience8+ years of operations experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology companyProven track record of organization-wide resource planning and building scalable operational systems.Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with comfort making data-driven decisions.Experience with in-depth commercial and legal negotiations with enterprise customers.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional projects simultaneously.Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders.Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic pensation & BenefitsCompensation: Competitive salary range around $235K base with flexibility, plus a meaningful equity planWell-Being: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401k matching, and disability benefits.Home & Family: 100% paid parental leave (16 weeks for primary caregivers and 12 weeks for secondary caregivers), sick days, paid time off.
