OverviewImpact Finance - Syndications Fund ManagerThe Syndications Fund Manager strengthens the firm/'s relationships with existing accounts and drives continuous service improvements with the ultimate focus on business retention. The Syndications Fund Manager will primarily focus on LIHTC/NMTC Funds and will be the primary face of U.S. Bancorp Impact Finance to upper tier investors on a post close basis. The Syndications area is responsible for supporting the distribution of products to institutional investors as a syndicate.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and deliver annual and quarterly reports to investors.Facilitate the preparation of syndicated funds’ financial models.Coordinate the preparation of syndicated funds’ annual audited financial statements and tax returns.Process syndicated funds’ legal documentation and invoices.Manage the needs of the syndicated funds from close to investor municate with internal Impact Finance Asset Managers and investors on lower tier requests to gain investor consent.Basic QualificationsTypically Bachelor/'s degree, or equivalent work experienceTypically five or more years of related experiencePreferred Skills/ExperienceStrong skills in financial analysis, understanding of financial models, and familiarity with internal rate of return conceptsUnderstanding of partnership tax returns, financial statements, tax concepts and/or partnership law and legal documentsBasic knowledge of risk assessment and evaluating targeted returns from investmentsAbility to prioritize work, initiate projects/tasks, and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionProficient computer navigation skills using a variety of software packages including Microsoft Office applications and financial modelsAbility to formulate creative solutions and think ‘outside of the box’Location ExpectationsThe role offers a hybrid/flexible schedule, which means there/'s an in-office expectation of 3 or more days per week and the flexibility to work outside the office location for the other days.BenefitsHealthcare (medical, dental, vision)Basic term and optional term life insuranceShort-term and long-term disabilityPregnancy disability and parental leave401(k) and employer-funded retirement planPaid vacation (from two to five weeks depending on salary grade and tenure)Up to 11 paid holiday opportunitiesAdoption assistanceSick and Safe Leave accruals of one hour for every 30 worked, up to 80 hours per calendar year unless otherwise provided by lawU.S. Bank is an equal opportunity employer.
