We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to help us evolve from a high-performing contractor into a scalable, acquisition-ready enterprise.Position SummaryThe Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a key member of the executive team, reporting directly to the President. The CFO will provide leadership across all aspects of finance, including strategy, budgeting, accounting, job costing, forecasting, and risk management. They will also play a pivotal role in positioning the company for mergers, acquisitions, and future growth initiatives. This is both a strategic and operational role, requiring a hands-on leader who can partner closely with operations and ownership.ResponsibilitiesLead financial planning, budgeting, and long-range forecastingOversee job costing, WIP tracking, margin analysis, and reportingDevelop executive KPI dashboards and lead monthly financial reviewsManage accounting operations, internal controls, and audit readinessEnhance systems: ERP, business intelligence, and reporting infrastructureBuild financial models for capital investment, growth planning, and acquisitionsLead banking, bonding and insurance relationshipsSupport or lead M&A deal modeling, diligence, and integration activitiesPartner with the President and VP of Operations as a key strategic advisorMentor and elevate the finance and accounting teamCandidate ProfileThe ideal candidate will have demonstrated success in a senior financial leadership role within construction, industrial services, or a related industry.
