This role will oversee key areas of operational accounting, ensuring accuracy and compliance while providing critical financial insights to senior leadership. This is a highly visible opportunity for an experienced accounting leader who thrives in fast-paced, global environments and is eager to make a meaningful impact within a dynamic organization.Salary Range: $146,000 to $180,000 base + bonus + equity + comprehensive benefitsPlease note this range is an estimate and actual pay may vary based on qualifications and experienceResponsibilitiesServe as the operational owner of general accounting, leading and mentoring a global, matrixed accounting organizationOversee journal entries, reconciliations, and related controls to ensure accuracy and compliance across global cost and operating expense accountingDevelop, implement, and maintain financial reporting policies, procedures, and SOX controlsAct as subject matter expert and administrator for Oracle Hyperion Account Reconciliation Manager, overseeing execution by the offshore teamPrepare, review, and analyze financial data and disclosures to support quarterly (10Q) and annual (10K) SEC filingsPresent accounting results, trends, and insights to senior finance leadership in quarterly business reviews and other forumsCollaborate cross-functionally with global stakeholders in Finance, Tax, Legal, IT, Procurement, HR, Marketing, Engineering, and Facilities to support business initiativesManage financial reporting, transactions, and audit processes for the company’s charitable foundationPartner with Technical Accounting on complex or unusual transactions to ensure accuracy and complianceDrive process improvements, automation, and operational efficiencies within global accounting processesContribute to the accounting workstreams of M&A transactions and integration effortsQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field required8-12 years' accounting (record to report) experience in a US-based global organization required3+ years' team leadership experience (2-3+ direct reports) requiredWillingness to travel internationally requiredExperience using tier-1 ERP systems and tools such as SAP, Oracle, Blackline, etc. requiredCPA designation strongly preferredExperience leading offshore teams or shared services functions preferredBig 4 or public accounting experience preferredAbout SayvaSayva Solutions is an accounting, finance, technology, business transformation, and human resources professional services firm whose focus is on long term relationships created through teamwork and doing what is in the best interest of others.
