Overview Healthcare & Life Sciences Investment Role — Salary: Competitive; Location: Boston; EM14176 Finatal is partnering with a global investment fund that is expanding its Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing venture platform investing in healthcare, life sciences, and biotech funds and companies worldwide. We are looking for an ambitious Associate to work closely with the Managing Director, supporting portfolio management and execution of new investments, while also helping build strategic relationships across the healthcare ecosystem. Responsibilities Support the sourcing, assessment, and execution of investments into funds and early-stage companies Conduct diligence, financial analysis, and risk assessments to support investment decisions Help shape portfolio strategy and contribute to ongoing optimization of commitments Build and maintain strong relationships with VCs, founders, academics, and other industry stakeholders Strengthen the fund’s brand and network through effective representation in the market Collaborate with internal healthcare businesses to leverage portfolio synergies and insights Requirements Postgraduate qualification in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field 2+ years of experience in venture capital, fund management, or related investment environments Strong understanding of the healthcare and life sciences innovation landscape Experience in investment execution, due diligence, and portfolio support Excellent communication skills with the ability to build networks and engage stakeholders #J-18808-Ljbffr
