This position works with leadership across multiple functions on a regular basis.Job ResponsibilitiesFinancial owner for operational and capital budget related activities across the companyMeet with functional leadership to understand expense drivers such as business changes and headcount assumptionsSupport functional leadership in managing P&L expenses, detailed analyses and budgetingResponsible for monthly forecast accuracy and reporting, headcount tracking, accruals and management reportsDevelop and maintain metrics that encourage data-driven decision making at the department levelAssist in the enhancement and maintenance of company reporting toolsDrive ad-hoc analyses and special projectsSkills NeededStrong communication skills (oral, written and presentation)Able to build relationships across all functions and all levels of responsibilityRobust finance/accounting backgroundExpertise with MS Excel and PowerPointAbility to work well both independently and as a teamPossess an attention to detail to produce accurate workEducational Requirements & Work ExperienceBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, a related field or equivalent directly related work5+ years of FP&A or Accounting experienceMBA is a plusCPA/CMA is a plusMedical Device, BioPharma or other Healthcare Technology experience is preferredSaaS business experience is a plusKnowledge of Planful, NetSuite and Tableau is a plusA reasonable estimate of the yearly base compensation range is $139,000 to $180,000 (for San Francisco Bay area) and $118,800 to $149,600 (for all locations outside San Francisco Bay Area). #LI-IB1 #LI-HybridHeartflow is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
