We are currently pursuing a proposal and are seeking qualified candidates to include in our submission and identify candidates for future hiring needs on the program once awarded. Clearance required: Active Top Secret SCI (TS/SCI).What You Will DoThis team member supports a U.S. Federal law enforcement agency by:Conducting English and Chinese language open-source intelligence using numerous proprietary data sourcesCarrying out financial analysis to identify and track activities of interestDelivering quantitative and qualitative analyses by applying statistical models, methods, and formulas to identify and analyze complex relationships between entitiesSupporting all phases of analytic work product development from identifying information gaps, through data collection and analysis, to delivery of actionable intelligence in support of law enforcement effortsProducing deliverables that may support evidentiary purposesWhat You Will NeedActive and maintained Top Secret with SCI eligibility federal or DoD security clearance; must upgrade and maintain TS/SCI and Counterintelligence (CI) polygraphBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Forensic Accounting, Finance, or related fieldCertified Public Accountant (CPA) licensure or Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certificationThree (3) or more years of experience using commercial financial and business tools/datasetsThree (3) or more years of experience conducting forensic accountingThree (3) or more years working with Law Enforcement, Defense, and/or the Intelligence CommunityFluent in Mandarin ChineseExperience conducting cryptocurrency analysisAbility to work on client-site in the Washington, DC areaWhat Would Be Nice To HaveStrong attention to numerical detail; ability to analyze, consolidate, interpret financial data, and produce substantive analytic reportsAbility to brief team members and officials on complex financial topicsEight or more (8+) years working with Law Enforcement, Defense, and/or the Intelligence CommunityFamiliarity with the intelligence lifecycleCAMS certificationChainalysis or other cryptocurrency analysis certificationExperience managing financial investigationsEffective communication skills with senior-level clients and stakeholdersStrong interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a teamEEO StatementApplied Information Sciences does not discriminate on the basis of race, national origin, religion, color, gender, sexual orientation, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other basis.
