Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $130,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Associate Director @ Atlantic Group - Executive Search, Recruitment Treasury Operations - Financial Services - Boston - Hybrid Our client is a leading financial services company with a global presence. They are rapidly expanding their Boston operations and team and are looking to bring on an experienced Treasury Operations Associate to their growing organization. POSITION SUMMARY The team is seeking a candidate with 2–5+ years of experience in a treasury and/or cash management role. Knowledge of private equity and the broader investment management industry is highly valued. The ideal candidate will have strong emotional intelligence, be process-oriented, and have an interest in leveraging technology to improve workflows. Experience with treasury management systems (such as Hazeltree), data warehouses, and data analysis tools is also beneficial. RESPONSIBILITIES Facilitate deal closings through proactive stakeholder coordination Initiate and process FX settlements to fund bank accounts for transactions Monitor and manage loan repayments and cash flow Optimize yield strategies for un-invested capital across funds Support implementation and enhancements of treasury management systems Execute wire transfers for deal closings in accordance with firm policies Reconcile bank statements for funds and holding companies Ensure compliance with audit requirements and SOX regulations QUALIFICATIONS 2–5+ years in a treasury and/or cash management role Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment High attention to detail, particularly regarding wire fraud prevention Experience with treasury management systems and banking portals Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Tableau and SQL is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills; self-starter mentality Professional, accountable, and committed to integrity Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Finance Industries Financial Services and Venture Capital and Private Equity Principals #J-18808-Ljbffr
