DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESGreet guests as they enter the building and ensure they feel welcomed and have a positive experienceProcess all guest inquiries and sales by maintaining knowledge of current programs, services, and feesProvide administrative support to include filing, data entry, and mailing. Ensure confidentiality of all data.Handle and resolve guest’s complaints and disputes by obtaining and evaluating all relevant dataProvide security to ensure the Kroc Center and Railton Place are safe and secure by ensuring authorized entry by checking in and out all guestsReview security monitors and report any suspicious or inappropriate activity to managementAssist with emergencies and crisis situations including but not limited to fire alarms, flooding, and medical emergenciesMaintain cleanliness of facility and conduct all mandatory safety checksEnsure that events, programs, and activities begin and end on time, providing support as neededResponsible for all opening and closing dutiesAssist Kroc Center, Railton Place, and Property team with accurate and detailed work order and incident reports.Accept mail and packages for Kroc Center staff and Railton Place residents.Perform other duties as assignedOther related duties as requiredEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEHigh School Diploma or equivalent (required)SKILLS AND ABILITIESExcellent customer service skillsComputer literate with proficient typing skillsAble to perform job functions with a proactive mindset, good organization, attention to detail, fine judgmentBilingual in Spanish, Arabic, Cantonese/Mandarin, or Vietnamese (preferred)Experience with a Point of Sales (POS) system and membership recruitment (preferred)PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSAbility to lift up to 25 lbs.
