This role requires a strategic and operational leader with strong financial acumen, the ability to navigate change, and a proven track record of building high-performing teams and scalable organizational structures.Key responsibilitiesDevelop and execute long-term strategies to drive growth and operational efficiencyOversee financial performance, budgeting, and capital planning in collaboration with the CFOLead organizational development, including succession planning and building a strong org chartStrengthen client and partner relationships while identifying new market opportunitiesEnsure compliance, risk management, and alignment with industry standardsQualificationsProven experience as President, COO, or senior executive in a mid-sized companyMust have construction industry experienceStrong financial and operational leadership backgroundExperience leading through organizational transitions and changeTrack record of building and executing succession plansExcellent communication and team-building skillsBachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferredTitle: PresidentBase pay range: $300,000.00/yr - $400,000.00/yrNotes: This range is provided by Creative Financial Staffing (CFS).
