Director Of Site Reliability Engineering

OverviewA fast-growing digital entertainment platform is looking for a Director of Site Reliability Engineering to lead the design, scalability, and reliability of its real-time, high-volume infrastructure. Serving millions of users across web and mobile, this is a critical leadership role responsible for aligning platform performance with aggressive product and growth goals. You/'ll be the senior owner of SRE strategy, infrastructure operations, incident response, and reliability tooling. This role demands deep experience scaling distributed systems, leading high-performance teams, and influencing architecture across engineering organizations. The ideal candidate has led reliability efforts in top-tier B2C environments, where availability, observability, and automation were mission-critical.
