OverviewExecutive Assistant to CEO/Co-Founder for Hyper-Growth AI Company – Our client, one of the fastest growing companies in the world, is seeking an outstanding EA to support their dynamic, brilliant and kind CEO.Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $225,000.00/yrLocation: San Francisco, CA (SoMA) with onsite pensation: $150 - 225k base + Bonus + Equity. This role requires 5 days onsite in SoMA with overtime on weekends and evenings.What You'll DoOwn the CEO’s calendar and schedule: coordinate meetings across time zones, protect deep work time, and make space for what matters.Be the go-to person for high-priority communications—drafting clear, polished emails and presentations.Plan and execute events, offsites, and team experiences that people remember.Spot operational bottlenecks before they happen. Propose smart solutions and execute them.Coordinate with investors, partners, and top-tier external stakeholders with professionalism and confidence.Manage travel logistics, expenses, and anything else that removes friction for leadership.Tackle strategic and operational special projects that accelerate company goals.Who You AreHigh energy and naturally enthusiastic2+ years supporting a senior executive in a hyper-paced environment, ideally tech or financeCalm under pressure.
