We believe that when people feel a sense of belonging, they can be more creative, innovative, and thrive at all points in their careers.ResponsibilitiesWireless Solutions EngineerLeading Keysight's customer engagements from a technical perspectiveOwning the technical solution development, demonstration, proposal, and in some cases deliveryTeaming with sales professionals, industry solution teams, and other disciplines to develop and win complex opportunitiesCreating demand for Keysight's products and services through presentations, seminars, and demonstrationsDeveloping and building long term relationships and loyalty with customers as a resident expert while ensuring high customer satisfactionThis position is compensated by a 90% salary and 10% commission. It yields 100% target pay achievement at 100% of targeted sales with higher commission rates once the target is exceeded.QualificationsThis position requires the following skillsets and attributes, with an emphasis on technical expertise and communication skills:BSEE required or MSEE preferred or equivalent education with emphasis in wireless systems10+ years of experience in a related fieldUnderstanding of Wireless test and measurement applications for 802.11 and BluetoothFamiliarity with programming languages: Primary: C#, Secondary: Python, Matlab, C/C++Passion for continuous learningAbility to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teammatesStrong written & verbal communication skillsEffective presentation and problem solving skillsBackground in the following areas is highly desirable:Wireless communication component and system level test using one-box testers for PHY layer measurements802.11 and Bluetooth communications standardsWireless Chipset control and test executives like QDARTAutomated test optimization for R&D, DVT, and production level test of Wireless chipsetsChannel emulation hardware and IEEE/3GPP channel modelsWLAN troubleshooting using RF and Network traffic sniffersAdditional characteristics of candidates we are seeking for this position include:Independent professional that works best under broad and general directionsHighly competitive, assertive with a passion to "win" and "teach"Ability to create a vision and convey the message in a persuasive mannerComfortable in challenging customers by offering the customer unique perspectivesSociable, people oriented, outgoing, desires quality customer interactions, and wants to earn recognitionCareers Privacy StatementKeysight Technologies Inc. is an equal opportunity employer.
