This role offers significant client exposure, hands-on litigation experience, and opportunities to work on high-profile federal enforcement matters.Location & ExperienceLocation: Washington, DCExperience: 3–7 Years PQE | Environmental & Mass Tort FocusResponsibilitiesHandle environmental litigation at the federal level, including civil and criminal mattersAdvise clients on regulatory compliance and enforcement approaches of federal agencies and the DOJDraft pleadings, motions, and discovery; manage case documents and projects independentlyConduct legal research and provide analytical support on complex environmental and administrative law issuesWork directly with clients, contributing to strategy and execution of litigation and regulatory mattersWho You Are3–7 years of environmental or federal litigation experience (government-side enforcement experience preferred)Strong analytical skills with a solid foundation in environmental and administrative lawProven ability to work independently and manage complex projectsExcellent writing, research, and communication skillsJD from a top-tier law school and admission to practice in DC (or eligible to waive in)CompensationSalary Range: $260,000 – $470,000 (DOE)Comprehensive benefits, including healthcare, retirement, paid leave, parental leave, discretionary performance-based bonuses, and moreHow to applyInterested?
