OverviewPlaintiff Litigation Associate Attorney (Washington, DC / Hybrid) — Tycko & Zavareei LLP is seeking candidates licensed in the District of Columbia with 2–3 years post-law school litigation experience (JD 2022–2023) for full-time employment beginning fall terested applicants are encouraged to apply as soon as possible. We represent groups and individuals in consumer class actions, whistleblower qui tam litigation, appeals, and other complex civil litigation in areas including consumer protection, products liability, privacy, wage and hour, and civil/human rights.ResponsibilitiesAssist in all phases of plaintiff-side litigation in federal and state courts.Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other documents.Work with senior attorneys on case strategy and discovery, including class action investigations.Assist with writing samples and client communications as needed.QualificationsJuris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and DC bar admission or eligibility to waive in.2–3 years of post-law school litigation experience (JD 2022–2023).Strong research, writing, and analytical skills; ability to work in a small, collaborative team; entrepreneurial pensation & BenefitsStarting base salary ranges from approximately $178,000 to $194,000, plus bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package (health/dental/vision, 401(k) with employer contribution after 12 months, HSA, paid time off, holidays, EAP, commuter benefits, and more).
