This role is for a Senior Consultant – Sage Construction Management (SCM) Implementation.Join one of the fastest-growing professional services firms in the nation to deliver software solutions through implementation projects and ongoing support, driving customer satisfaction and adoption.What You’ll DoYou will work directly with clients to deliver SCM solutions via implementation projects and ongoing support. Responsibilities include:Provide prompt, concise, and friendly communications to deliver high-quality serviceManage priorities independently and multi-task across projects, customers, and internal activitiesAdvocate for clients, team members, and the productWork effectively both independently and in a team environmentMentor other team members in subject matter areasMonitor and respond to customer technical issues and implementation questionsArticulate system functionality clearly through written and oral communicationCoordinate, plan, and lead internal and client project team meetingsConfigure and implement Sage Construction Management using prescriptive methodology for on-scope/on-budget/on-time delivery and high client satisfactionProvide sales demonstrations for Sage Construction Management softwareDocument customer requirements into configurable software solutions and business processesPerform gap analysis between system functionality and client requirements, recommending alternatives when neededLead or assist with all aspects of the implementation process, including requirements definition, solution design, configuration, testing, training, data cleansing, and data migrationConduct training for end-users at all levels and relate system functionality to business operationsAchieve advanced proficiency with Excel for data mapping, integration, and migrationDevelop knowledge of SCM features and stay current with product enhancements, especially related to CREPerform additional assignments as requested by managementSuccessful Candidates Will HaveBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceDeep knowledge of the construction industry and terminology2+ years as Project Control Specialist or Project Manager in construction2+ years with construction management applications (e.g., Procore, Corecon, Fieldwire, Buildertrend, Autodesk, RedTeam)Sage Construction Management Implementation certificate (preferred)Experience as a client-facing support consultant (preferred)Knowledge of construction project accounting and project estimating (preferred)Hands-on experience with full-cycle software delivery or end-user experience during implementation or upgrades (preferred)Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteEligibility to work in the U.S. without sponsorshipCompensation range: $85,910 to $162,890.
