This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the future of one of the world/'s busiest airport systems.ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic leadership of LAWA/'s financial planning, capital structure, and treasury activities to support the agency/'s growth and modernization initiatives.Oversee financing activities, including debt issuance and debt management for multibillion-dollar capital programs.Lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP and related financial systems modernization efforts.Partner with executive leadership to drive data-driven decision-making and financial resiliency across the organization.Manage and develop the 139-person finance team, fostering a high-performance, compliant, and service-oriented culture.QualificationsProven success in capital markets and enterprise-level financial planning.Experience in large, visible, and complex organizations.Strong knowledge of public debt issuance and debt management.Ability to guide bond strategies and innovative funding models for multibillion-dollar capital programs.Capability to lead the implementation of Oracle Cloud ERP.Experience in airport or large-scale public sector finance (preferred). #J-18808-Ljbffr
