Please review the job description and discuss with your recruiter for more details on role location.Why we’re looking for youWe/'re hiring a Senior FP&A Analyst to own the core planning, forecasting, and performance tracking functions across the company. This role will build, own, and evolve the models, processes, and reporting infrastructure that drive smarter, faster decision-making as we scale.This role is 100% remote and can be based anywhere in the United States. For San Francisco-based candidates: we have a new HQ in the Presidio for optional in-person collaboration opportunities!The impact you will haveBuild scalable processes to support Owner’s rapid growth trajectoryPartner cross-functionally to drive strategic planning and resource allocationTranslate complex financial data into clear narratives for executive leadershipSupport data-driven decision-making through scenario modeling and sensitivity analysesIdentify opportunities for margin improvement and operational efficiencyReduce manual reporting through automation and standardization to deliver timely, reliable insights to key stakeholdersImprove forecast accuracy and agility by enhancing visibility into financial performance driversWhat we’re looking for2–4 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate finance, or similar roles; experience in a high-growth startup is a plusProven track record of improving forecast accuracy and streamlining reporting workflowsStrong modeling and analytical skills, with the ability to build and maintain dynamic forecasting modelsProficient in tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, QuickBooks, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Runway, or Mosaic; familiarity with SQL or Sigma is a plusComfortable working independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with shifting prioritiesSkilled at partnering cross-functionally to support operational and headcount planningClear written and verbal communicator who can translate financial data into actionable insights for non-finance stakeholdersExcited to build scalable processes, enable self-serve reporting, and support strategic decision-making across the companyPay and benefitsThe estimated base salary range for this role is $100k - $140k, plus a generous pre-IPO equity packageOther benefits include comprehensive health coverage, remote-first workplace, unlimited PTO - plus extra fun perks! #J-18808-Ljbffr
