Job Description:Oversees daily budget and financial operations for the Division, including preparation of salary, operations, scholarship, and project budgets. Collaborates with internal stakeholders to assess budgetary needs and provide guidance throughout the budgeting process.Develops systems to monitor financial performance and ensure alignment with budget parameters. Prepares financial reports in compliance with University policies, regulatory requirements, and Division standards.Provides leadership and supervision for business operations personnel, ensuring alignment with divisional goals and expectations. Oversees daily business functions, including procurement, contract management, and account reconciliation.Exercises signature authority and ensures compliance with University, regulatory, and divisional guidelines. Establishes policies and procedures to support efficient and effective business operations.Manages equipment services operations, including oversight of apparel contracts and related budgets. Supervises staff to ensure timely procurement and accurate recordkeeping of athletic equipment.Oversees payroll operations and hiring processes for student employees, graduate assistants, and temporary staff within the Division.Directs business office personnel to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing in compliance with University procedures, regulatory requirements, and applicable guidelines.Serves as a member of the executive leadership team, providing strategic guidance on departmental operations and initiatives.
