Our Technology and Innovation services include Technology Advisory, Business Applications (ERP, CRM, HCM), Financial Close & CPM, and Data and Analytics.Who You Are:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field10+ years of experience in Artificial Intelligence and related technologiesProven track record leading consulting teams and overseeing client deliveryExceptional communicator with the ability to build trust and influence across clients and cross-functional teamsExtensive portfolio management and client advisory experienceStrategic thinker with strong tactical execution skillsSales and business development experience a plusAI/ML frameworks: Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learnGenerative AI & LLMs: OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, LangChainCloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP (with deep knowledge of AI/ML services)Data & infrastructure: Data pipelines, MLOps, APIs, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)Skilled at bridging business and technical perspectives, translating complex concepts into actionable insightsWhat You’ll Do:Serve as the primary advisor and point of contact for key client accounts, cultivating long-term relationshipsLead solution design and delivery across AI and technology enablement projectsCollaborate with internal Riveron teams to streamline service delivery, ensure client satisfaction, and resolve issues quicklyEstablish and uphold quality assurance standards across client engagementsConduct portfolio reviews and audits, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actionsReport key performance metrics to executive leadership and drive continuous improvement initiativesSupport business development efforts by shaping proposals, presenting to prospective clients, and identifying growth opportunitiesClient Advisory & Consulting – Guide clients in leveraging AI and technology solutions that align with business objectivesPre-Sales & Sales Support – Partner with business development to shape opportunities and deliver compelling proposalsSolution Design & Delivery – Lead teams in architecting, implementing, and scaling AI/technology solutionsAccount Management & Growth – Drive client success, retention, and long-term portfolio growth$188,000 - $285,000 a yearThe expected pay range for this position is $188,000 - $285,000 (exclusive of bonus, equity, or benefits for which this role may be eligible). This range takes into account a variety of factors that are considered in making individual compensation decisions including but not limited to experience and training; skill sets; licensure and certifications; location and other business and organizational needs; and applicable laws.
