Our client, a large law firm in Washington, DC, is in need of an approximately 2-4 year corporate immigration attorney to begin work immediately. This work will be full-time contract and expected duration is several months to long term. The attorney hired in this position must be willing to work from the law firm offices in Washington DC on a flexible schedule.Required experience:must be able to handle H-1B pre-approval workreview, draft and prepare for H-1B deadlinesCorporate Visa (H-1B) permanent experiencecomplex writing and drafting RFEsPay rate range will be $80-$110 depending on experience.
