Software / SaaS | Remote East or Central Time Zone or Boston, USA, MA | $225,000Job DescriptionKey responsibilities and day-to-day activities for the Director of Sales include:Leading & Coaching: Managing, mentoring, and developing a sales team, focusing on skill development, process discipline, and quota attainment.Building the Playbook: Designing, documenting, and implementing scalable sales processes from lead qualification to close.Driving Results: Achieving revenue goals, ensuring consistent quota attainment for each Account Executive, and optimizing sales metrics.Requirements5-10 years of experience in a start-up SaaS sales environment with at least 2-3 years managing a team of closers in a transactional sales environmentIdeal candidates will come from a freemium to premium subscription modelMust be a strong mentor and coach and have a desire to lead and manage from the front linesLocationCandidates can be located within the Eastern or Central time zones and will work in a remote work environment, with an expectation to travel to Boston 1x/quarter.
