You know and have run all phases of the sales cycle, including qualification, pursuit, and close, applying deep sales process and technical expertise. You develop relationships with key buyers and decision-makers at new and existing clients by leveraging a differentiated roadmap and framework using the latest cloud-based technologies.RoleSales Capture Senior Manager is responsible for profitable sales growth by applying deep sales process skills, expertise in Accenture’s offerings, and leveraging relationships with Oracle. Focus areas include Financial Services (banking and insurance) and Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, and Oracle Financial Services Global Industry Unit products. You will be immersed in designing and implementing human-centric solutions to help solve challenges for some of the world’s largest companies.Travel may be required for this role, varying from 25% to 100% depending on business needs and client requirements.What you needMinimum 8 years of experience in sales for a large consulting or technology services providerMinimum 3 years of experience selling or working with Financial Services institutionsMinimum 3 years of experience selling Oracle productsMinimum of 8 years of Sales Pursuit Management experienceMinimum of 3 years of direct sales with quota, preferably in excess of $10MBachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years); if an Associate’s degree, a minimum of 6 years of work experienceBonus points if you haveExperience within G2000 customersExperience with C-Level client relationship building and managementProven ability to operate in a team-oriented environmentDemonstrated commitment, teamwork, and collaboration in a professional setting (military or civilian)High energy, focus, and ability to work in demanding client environmentsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong leadership, problem solving, and decision-making abilitiesUnquestionable professional integrity, credibility, and characterCompensation and benefitsCompensation varies based on factors such as location, role, skill set, and experience. Accenture provides a reasonable compensation range for roles in certain U.S. states as indicated below.
