OverviewSolutions Architect role at . We are seeking a Delivery Solution Architect to lead the design, delivery, and validation of enterprise SaaS AI solutions for our customers. You will architect end-to-end solutions balancing technical excellence, usability, and business value, guiding customers and internal teams through discovery, design, implementation, and validation to ensure robust, scalable, and high-quality user experiences.This position requires a blend of technical depth, process rigor, and a user-centric mindset, and the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesLead discovery workshops with customers and stakeholders to elicit business, functional, and technical requirements, ensuring a deep understanding of objectives and constraints.Translate business needs into comprehensive solution architectures, including process flows, technical blueprints, and user journey maps.Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure usability and user experience are integral to the solution design, supporting seamless interactions.Develop detailed technical designs, including system integrations, data flows, and security models, aligned with enterprise architecture standards.Serve as the technical authority throughout the project lifecycle, guiding architectural decisions, technology selection, and best practices.Oversee the implementation of solutions with engineering, product, and QA teams to ensure fidelity to the design and timely delivery.Lead solution validation activities, including technical feasibility, performance testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure requirements are met.Identify and mitigate technical risks to ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.Define and document solution delivery processes to ensure repeatability, quality, and continuous improvement across projects.Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies; provide regular updates to stakeholders and escalate issues as needed.Support resource allocation and coordination, ensuring the right mix of technical and business expertise for each initiative.Act as a trusted advisor to customers, building relationships and setting expectations regarding scope, timelines, and deliverables.Partner with sales, customer success, and field engineering teams to accelerate adoption and drive measurable business outcomes.Provide feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer insights to influence product enhancements and roadmap priorities.Deliver training and enablement sessions to customers and internal teams; develop and maintain solution documentation and best practice guides.QualificationsTechnical AcumenDeep expertise in designing and implementing enterprise SaaS and AI solutions; strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), data engineering, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch).Proficiency in Python, Java, or C++, and experience with modern DevOps/MLOps practices (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).Ability to architect solutions balancing technical, business, and user experience requirements.Process & Project ManagementProven experience leading solution discovery, detailed design, and validation in complex enterprise environments.Strong organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple projects and munication & LeadershipExceptional communication skills; ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical audiences.Experience building trusted relationships with customers and internal teams;
