Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.RoleRegional Solutions Specialist. The position is 100% onsite in Milpitas, CA. As a Regional Solutions Consultant, you will promote and sell the company’s products or services to prospective clients, generate leads, engage potential customers, and convert them into loyal clients to contribute to growth and success.Job Description / ResponsibilitiesLead Generation: Identify and research potential leads through channels such as cold calling, email outreach, networking, and social media.Promote Product / Services: Understand and communicate features, benefits, and value propositions.Customer engagement: Build and maintain relationships, understand needs, and provide tailored solutions.Sales Presentation: Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to convey value.Sales Target: Close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.Record Keeping: Maintain detailed records of sales activities and progress.Reporting: Submit regular sales reports to the sales manager and munication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication to convey product information and build rapport with terpersonal Skills: Build relationships with customers and understand their needs.Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to changing market conditions and sales techniques.QualificationsBachelor’s Degree or equivalent educationAt least 2-3 years of sales experience; experience working through resellers is highly desirableProven track record of achieving sales quotaExperience with lead generation processes and CRM systemsAbility to apply creative and persistent selling techniques to recruit and manage a portfolio of resellersMust be onsite daily unless otherwise approved by management and HRIf covering the East Coast region, working hours aligned with Eastern Time ZoneMust be a true hunter, proactive in pursuing new leads and opportunitiesActive prospecting through cold calls, follow-ups, and outreach strategiesStrong ability to understand and align with customer needs, offering tailored solutionsSalaryYearly Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000Other detailsIf you embody excellence, passion for discovery and innovation, and the desire to make a difference in technology, come join the Venture team.Disclaimer: By submitting your application to Venture Corporation Limited and its group of companies, you acknowledge that your personal data will be processed for evaluating your application.
