The ideal candidate should be able to manage complex technology projects with aggressive schedules, deliver the projects on time. This includes figuring out innovative processes for efficiently planning, implementing, and delivering Knox projects. The candidate possesses strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and an ability to influence business and technical leaders to contribute continue success to Samsung Knox. The candidate should be passionate about the projects and delivering quality products in timely manner.ResponsibilitiesWork with Samsung/'s global teams to ensure that technology integration projects are delivered as per the requirements with high quality and on timeIdentify stakeholders by collaborating with cross-functional teams (product management, software engineering, executives) across multiple geographiesUsing effective project/program management techniques to work closely with stakeholders to define scope, goals and deliverables in alignment with Samsung business goalsOwn end-to-end project delivery with a focus of on-time and high qualityDefine and track project deliverables by working closely with stakeholdersProactively manage changes in project scope, identify risks, issues and contingency plansCommunicate status and dashboards on a regular basis with the stakeholders on structured status report and presentation slidesCorrectly represent the urgency of issues and escalate issues appropriatelyLead and drive process change and improvementDevelop and manage program schedules, milestones and deliverablesExperience using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, MS Office SuiteThis position will contribute to Samsung’s R&D efforts by creating high-value products that address unmet enterprise market needsQualificationsBachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience10+ years’ professional experience in software engineering program and project managementExperience with Enterprise Mobility products is strongly desired, especially understanding of Android Enterprise and tech stack such as Kernel, Android Framework, Security Enhanced for Android, and Application layerExperience managing AI/ML platforms using LLM for feature and/or solution developmentDemonstrated experience working with technology partners (of all sizes), to deliver enterprise solutions & projects involving multiple stakeholder teamsFull understanding of how to manage end to end product lifecycle, from idea inception through development and launchAbility to generate and present professional presentation slides and documentationDemonstrated experience communicating effectively across disparate organizational structures and multiple management levelsDemonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment while prioritizing and managing multiple responsibilitiesAbility to successfully facilitate collaboration across multiple functions, departments and levels and serve as a role model for teamworkBase Pay Range: $179,200 - $246,150 USD #J-18808-Ljbffr
