This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their IT career to grow within a fast-paced fintech company. The role involves supporting end-users, maintaining IT infrastructure, and collaborating with the IT team to ensure smooth daily operations.ResponsibilitiesProvide Tier 1 and Tier 2 IT support to end-users remote and onsite.Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices - IOS, Android, WinOS, MacOS.Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations, devices, and other equipment.Document IT procedures, incidents, and resolutions in the helpdesk system.Collaborate with the IT team to implement and enforce security protocols and policies.Support user onboarding and offboarding processes, including account creation, access management, and hardware provisioning.Requirements1-2 years of experience in IT support.Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS, and common office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Office 365, Azure, Entra ID, Intune, Zoho, Jira, Confluence).Familiarity with IT troubleshooting tools and techniques.Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.Proficiency in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written).Relevant certifications such as ITIL Foundation or Microsoft Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate are highly desirable.Able to accommodate global working hours - Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00Join our dynamic team and play a vital role in supporting our growing organization.
