We are seeking an accomplished technology leader to spearhead the organization’s technology vision and execution in AI, ML, data science, ETL, databases, cloud technologies, and Enterprise Architecture. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership capabilities, experience engaging with clients at a strategic level, and a track record of delivering value through technology initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDefine, implement, and continuously refine the organization’s technology roadmap.Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional technology teams, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and clients to ensure alignment of technology solutions with organizational objectives.AI/ML, Agentic AI & Data ScienceDrive innovation in AI/ML by guiding the design, development, and deployment of scalable models and advanced analytics solutions.Demonstrate working knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks and applications, integrating them into business-focused solutions.Ensure adoption of best practices in model performance, data accuracy, and predictive capabilities.Keep abreast of industry advancements and integrate cutting-edge research into practical applications.Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect, designing large-scale, scalable, and secure enterprise systems.Define enterprise architecture standards, best practices, and governance frameworks.Bring strong product knowledge, ensuring technology initiatives support product growth, scalability, and innovation.Align IT architecture with business strategy to ensure sustainability and competitive advantage.Oversee the design and implementation of robust ETL pipelines and scalable data integration frameworks.Demonstrate working knowledge of relational and non-relational databases, ensuring optimal performance, availability, and security.Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance.Optimize data workflows for performance and reliability.Cloud Architecture, Problem-Solving & TroubleshootingLead the design and deployment of secure, cost-effective, and scalable cloud-based infrastructures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).Drive cloud migration initiatives, DevOps adoption, and infrastructure optimization.Act as the chief troubleshooter for critical technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and minimal business disruption.Client Engagement & Stakeholder ManagementAct as the primary technology leader in client-facing discussions, building confidence and trust in proposed solutions.Translate complex technical concepts into clear and measurable business outcomes.Build and maintain long-term client relationships through successful delivery of solutions and innovation.Required Skills & QualificationsMust have proven experience as a Solution Architect / Enterprise Architect, with expertise in designing and governing enterprise-wide solutions.Strong technical expertise in AI/ML, Agentic AI, Data Science, and Advanced Analytics.Hands-on experience in ETL pipelines, Data Engineering, and Big Data Solutions.Working knowledge of relational (SQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, etc.) and non-relational databases (MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.).Proven knowledge of Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), demonstrated success in architecture and large-scale deployments.Strong product knowledge with the ability to align technology with business and customer needs.Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical challenges.Demonstrated leadership ability with experience in building, scaling, and mentoring high-performance teams.Strong client-facing experience with the ability to manage executive-level engagements.Bachelor’s/master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.ExperienceMinimum 15+ years, including 5+ years in a leadership capacity.Seniorities, Employment & FunctionSeniority level: DirectorEmployment type: ContractJob function: Information TechnologyIndustries: IT Services and IT Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
