By combining cutting-edge building science with craftsmanship we create homes that are more durable, energy-efficient, and most importantly healthy to live in."What makes you a strong candidateYou are an expert in Technical coordination, Single family residential architecture, Consultant coordination, Construction documentation, Autodesk Revit.You are proficient in Project management, Mentoring, Construction administration, Bluebeam, AutoCAD.English - ConversationalResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a skilled Project Architect to lead the development of custom single-family homes through the Design Development, Permitting, and Construction Documentation phases. This role focuses on leading documentation, consultant coordination, permitting, and construction detailing.The ideal candidate must be confident working in Revit, experienced in coordination and detailing of single-family projects, and capable of managing junior staff and external collaborators in a fast-paced environment.This position acts as the technical/documentation lead and consultant/contractor-facing project manager throughout the production, documentation, and construction phases.Lead the production and management of detailed construction documents in Revit.Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams to translate design intent into buildable, code-compliant solutions.Oversee and assemble documentation for permitting.Manage construction administration tasks, including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and revisions (as needed).Supervise and mentor junior staff, ensuring quality control and efficient workflow.Maintain understanding of project schedules, budgets, and deliverables.Support the design team in developing technically viable solutions.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.7-10 years of professional experience working on custom single-family residential projects (ideally in Los Angeles).Advanced proficiency in Revit, including project setup, modeling, detailing, and documentation workflows.Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam.Expertise in architectural detailing, technical coordination, and document standards.Strong communication and leadership skills when working with junior staff and outside consultants. #J-18808-Ljbffr
