Key Requirements & Responsibilities Experience working in a small startup environment (Seed - Series A). Work closely with the founding team and early customers to build a world-class AI-powered product. Architect, develop and maintain the server-side logic, databases, APIs, and other backend processes to meet application requirements. Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment & wear multiple hats. 5+ years of backend development experience. Experience with developing products built on top of LLMs / ML. Proficient in Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, containerization and scaling microservices. Experience in building products from zero to one. BS/MS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Note: Equity bonus Qualifications Senior Backend Engineer or Mid-Senior level with relevant experience.
