Role Lead Solution Engineer – North America (Enterprise focus) within our GTM team. We are seeking a smart, passionate individual who can work effectively with diverse audiences, communicate clearly, and thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. If you have strong analytical skills and a methodical approach to problem-solving, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities Collaborate with Enterprise customers to identify and address their most critical business challenges. Support the sales team by conducting discovery calls and delivering product demonstrations for active deals. Gather requirements effectively to clearly define customer problems. Build and present compelling demonstrations of Freshworks products. Articulate the value of Freshworks solutions to a variety of audiences. Engage in lifelong learning and continuously develop your skills. Advocate the intuitive user experience offered by the Freshworks platform. Qualifications 6-8 years of Solution Engineering experience. Excellent soft skills and presentation abilities; strong communication is essential daily. Proven ability to work on cross-functional teams to address business and technical challenges. Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. Demonstrated time management skills in a dynamic sales environment; ability to manage multiple deals monthly. Highly driven with a focus on execution and a strong sense of urgency. Bachelor’s degree is not required. Experience selling SaaS products to SLED/Manufacturing customers or ITSM platforms is a plus. Additional Information The annual base salary range for this position is $135,000 — $195,000 USD. Compensation is based on factors including location, experience, and job-related skills.
