OverviewPractice Services Manager - Neodent role at Neodent. The role will be essential in supporting and implementing the Practice Growth and Practice Services strategy of the Straumann Group throughout the North America region, providing value-added services to improve customers' business capabilities and foster practice and business expansion for customers and clinicians. This position will collaborate with cross-functional teams across North America and work with the Neodent brand within the Straumann Group portfolio.Position SummaryThis role supports and implements the Practice Growth and Practice Services strategy of the Straumann Group throughout North America, delivering services and resources to enhance practice performance and growth for customers and clinicians.Job ResponsibilitiesBuild & execute plans for implant growth services.Develop and deliver growth programs focused on implant case acceptance, referral development, and patient flow.Partner with sales teams and practices to identify and pursue opportunities for expanding implant services and generating service revenue.Create educational resources and digital tools to support practice growth services.Ensure services align with regulations and quality standards.Manage the full sales process for practice growth services and partner with sales teams on commercialization.Close opportunities by addressing customer needs and demonstrating value.Drive growth by generating new revenue through service sales while supporting implant new customer acquisition (NCA) and customer growth.Conduct virtual and in-office assessments to identify growth opportunities.Deliver coaching sessions on case presentation, patient communication, acceptance rates, and practice growth.Guide practices in optimizing implant workflows, patient engagement, and clinical-business alignment.Manage projects, ensuring timely execution, resource allocation, and measurable outcomes.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, clinical, education, operations) to deliver integrated solutions.Track and report KPIs to measure success and drive continuous improvement.Engage and train internal teams to support practice growth.Coordinate with sales teams to identify opportunities for expanding service offerings.Engage with Regional Sales Directors and Territory Managers to educate on Straumann Group Practice Growth offerings.Drive the integration of innovative technologies and digital transformation initiatives.Identify and leverage opportunities to increase revenue through patient-focused initiatives.Work with NAM market strategies to enhance practice growth within territories.Fulfill other responsibilities and duties as assigned; complete CRM activities, expense reporting and training.Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high quality standards.Customer SupportConduct virtual and in-office practice growth assessments.Provide in-office coaching and assessments.Execute strategic plans for B2B practice growth and services to generate new revenue.Implement educational programs and resources for dental practices to improve patient care.Promote and attend practice growth flagship events; collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless delivery.Identify opportunities to expand service offerings and generate additional revenue; coordinate with sales teams to enhance patient engagement.Physical AttributesUp to 35% travel: fieldwork, customer visits, trade shows, regional meetings, etc.QualificationsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or healthcare3-5 years of related marketing experience in Medical Device/Life Sciences3-5 years of dental industry experiencePreferred QualificationsStrong understanding of the dental industry, including clinical and practice managementSuperior organizational, analytical, and time management skillsExcellent written and verbal skills; proficient in presenting product ideasExperience with digital transformation in dental or healthcareExperience with B2C strategies and consumer engagementPrevious experience as a Treatment Coordinator (TCO) or within a dental practiceProficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)Strong relationship management and interpersonal communicationAdvanced understanding of Education and Practice Growth solutions from a practice and customer perspectiveAdditional InformationWe offer generous benefits to help you achieve your goals, including competitive compensation, a 401(k) with employer match, comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, generous PTO, and opportunities for growth.Employment Type: Full TimeTravel Percentage: 0 - 40%Requisition ID: 19123Seniority levelMid-Senior levelJob functionOtherIndustriesMedical Equipment Manufacturing #J-18808-Ljbffr
