We are currently seeking a talented and motivated Senior Lead Server Engineer for a Full-Time position.Job Overview:The Senior Lead Server Engineer will provide leadership on major datacenter and infrastructure projects, ensuring modernization and resiliency of enterprise IT systems. This individual will serve as a subject matter expert across multiple assignments.ResponsibilitiesLead datacenter modernization and system lifecycle engineering.Monitor and support enterprise servers, applications, and recovery procedures.Support COOP and Disaster Recovery initiatives.Implement best practices in systems integration and optimization.Supervise engineers and provide expert-level support.Research emerging technologies and implement improvements.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.5–8 years of server engineering experience.Base certification: A+, Security+, or Network+.Core certification: MCSA/MCSE/VMware Professional or equivalent.Experience with data center management, cloud readiness, and enterprise IT support.Does this opportunity sound like a fit for you?
