Senior Finance Manager *Remote*

Overview Senior Finance Manager – Remote. Providence is seeking a mission-minded finance professional to provide financial, strategic, and economic analyses to drive diversification opportunities within our healthcare transformation journey. The role requires the ability to work through ambiguity, solve problems proactively, drive data-driven insights, and influence executive-level decision-making. Strategic Finance is a high-impact internal consulting group tackling some of the hardest questions within the organization. Responsibilities Lead and develop advanced financial analyses to support strategic initiatives, capital investment, revenue diversification, partnership and divestiture opportunities for Executive Leadership. Projects will be complex, high risk/return, and have material impact on the system. Design and execute market and competitive analyses to support strategy, business development, and long-range financial planning. Construct sophisticated financial and economic analyses including ROIC decomposition/optimization; product, customer and portfolio profitability; and scenario modeling. Prepare and deliver actionable insights in written, graphical, and verbal formats to inform senior leadership. Provide consulting to system operations and clinical programs to evaluate opportunities to improve financial performance and/or mission return. Connect strategic decisions with financial analysis and assess risks of maintaining status quo. Develop and maintain positive working relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders and leaders. Contribute to FP&A best practices for planning, forecasting, and analytics. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance related field. 8 years of closely related finance experience. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in Business Administration or Health Administration. A minimum of 6 years of progressive responsibility in business analytics, strategic financial management, strategic planning and/or consulting roles. Demonstrated executive presence with strong communication skills and ability to distill complex analysis into clear, concise narratives. Ability to think creatively and challenge established methods. Positive attitude and ability to contribute to complex business discussions. Salary and Location Base pay range: $39.81/hr - $96.35/hr (as posted). Pay may vary by location.
