Pay rate: $330,000.00 – $340,000.00. The Position The Interim Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will oversee day-to-day financial operations, including supervision of approximately 3+ FTEs. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the Interim CFO will focus on ongoing initiatives such as assessing revenue cycle procedures, accounts receivable decision support, financial pacing, and increases in Medical Supplement and DFH provider fees. Ideal leaders will be approachable and focused on developing and improving partnerships with other leaders across the organization. Seeking a growth-oriented and experienced financial leader with resilience. Must be available to start within 2–3 weeks of acceptance. Requirements Bachelor’s degree is required. California experience is required. Compensation Details Compensation Range: $330,000 to $340,000 annually. The final rate will be determined based on experience, education, training, location, internal equity, and budget considerations, in accordance with Fair Market Value evaluation. The listed base compensation range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and may be adjusted in the future.
