Flexible hybrid schedule Bonus New business bonus 50 hour busy season 6 weeks vacation Job Details Responsibilities Serve as the primary liaison for a broad portfolio of clients, overseeing comprehensive tax compliance and strategic advisory services. Lead the onboarding process for new clients, delivering consultative guidance on entity selection, owner compensation strategies, deduction optimization, and regulatory compliance. Conduct in-depth reviews of tax filings across multiple entity types, including S Corporations (1120-S), C Corporations (1120), Partnerships (1065), and Individual returns (1040). Analyze and refine accounting records prior to tax engagement, including reconciliation of accounts, posting of adjusting entries, and trial balance preparation. Perform targeted tax research and provide analytical insights on complex issues in collaboration with firm leadership. Develop and implement tailored tax strategies, projections, and planning initiatives for both business entities and individual clients.
