Overview Join UL Solutions as Project Manager, driving Independent Engineering (IE) and Technical Advisory (TA) services for onshore wind project financing, sales, and acquisitions. Be at the forefront of wind energy advancements while collaborating with top-tier clients and a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities Manage the implementation of onshore wind projects. Act as front-line contact on project activities, issues, and risks. Manage risks and issues and escalate accordingly. Interface with Business Unit Leaders and Finance; develop ROI, IRR and other financial measures. Manage stakeholders' communication and escalate as needed. Adhere to program and project governance (controls). Plan the overall project and monitor progress. Perform daily project management throughout the project lifecycle. Manage the projects budget and financial performance. Coordinate the projects and their interdependencies. Manage and utilize resources. Align deliverables to the project outcome with the aid of the business change manager. Qualifications At least 4 years of experience as a project manager in onshore wind energy due diligence, project development, construction, equipment supply, operation or mergers and acquisitions. At least bachelor-level education in a relevant field (e.g., mechanical, civil or electrical engineering, construction management, operations and maintenance, commercial, legal, finance, business). Strong written and communication skills. Strong organizational and project management skills. Ability to work in a team environment and successfully manage multiple complicated projects. Total Rewards The estimated salary range for this position is $90,000 - $115,000 and is based on factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, location, and other factors. This position is eligible for an annual bonus with a target payout of 10% of base salary. Benefits include health (medical, dental, vision), wellness, and retirement (401K), with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holidays (12 days, with floating holidays), and sick time (72 hours).
