This position is to increase process efficiencies by guiding workstreams within the Mergers and Acquisitions scope of Test Master. Seeking a highly motivated candidate to support project planning, execution and delivery through strong data analytics, interface knowledge, and technical skills. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing systems, synthesizing data, and providing actionable insights that drive business decisions.ResponsibilitiesCollaboration with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration between systems.Support project planning activities, including resource allocation, scope definition and scheduling.Analyze project data, identify trends and areas for improvement.Assist in the design, implementation and testing of new systems.Develop and maintain reports.Provide technical support throughout the project.Routinely engage with Senior management as the point of contact for questions and concerns, escalating, and driving solutions for successful integrations.Required Education / CertificationsAssociate degree2-5 years of relevant experience in test dataDemonstrated proficiency in data analysis tools(e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI).Data analytics(ability to analyze data and identify patterns and trends)Interface knowledgeHands-on technical skills(Excel, Access, other M365 tools)Preferred QualificationsBachelor's preferredData analytics certifications preferredVerbal and communication skillsFamiliarity with programming languages such as SAS and SQL.Programming(writing code and developing software)Additional ResponsibilitiesPerforms research and evaluation of complex projects and assignments requiring advanced knowledge and experience to identify, measure process methodologies, financial implications, and/or technical applications.Make recommendations to management and may initiate implementation of new protocols, methodologies, equipment, and processes.Benefits: Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
