Notice of Result letters will not be sent to applicants who respond to this flyer.DutiesYou will develop and present, or provide input to, or participate in briefings of, training related materials.You will apply knowledge of Nuclear Weapons Security Systems to the development of Nuclear Weapons Security (NWS) Training Systems in support of the Marine Corps Security Force Battalions (MCSFBns).You will charter and lead the Integrated Nuclear Weapons Security System (INWSS) Training Systems Working Group (ITSWG), a collaborative environment for holistic training systems management across all INWSS stakeholders.You will develop and maintain INWSS training systems functional requirements.You will evaluate the effectiveness and suitability of deployed NWS training systems via the establishment, recording, and analysis of metrics.You will develop Statement of Work (SOW) language in support of assigned efforts.You will assess changes to program/project execution to determine the need for, and recommended prioritization of, changes to in-execution alignment of resources to minimize negative impacts to training programs.RequirementsMust be a US Citizen.Must be determined suitable for federal employment.Must participate in the direct deposit pay program.New employees to the Department of the Navy will be required to successfully pass the E-Verify employment verification check. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or fail the test. You will be subject to random testing.You will be required to complete ethics orientation within three months of appointment and submit a Confidential Financial Disclosure Report, OGE-450, within 30 days of appointment.This position is covered under the Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA).
